We absolutely love pasta, but what's even more exciting, is when you can enjoy a healthier alternative, without comprimising on quality & taste!  Well - we think, we've nailed it! 

 

Using premium quality penne pasta, thanks to our South Australian friends over at San Remo, every spoonful is a delight!  Every ingredient is packed full of flavour, and you can enjoy this dish cold or slightly warmed.

 

It all starts with our house-made roast tomato sauce, that's left to simmer away for several hours.  We tossed through the pasta and allowed to cool. We've then added charred capsicum, kalamata olives,

capers and fresh herbs .

 

Enjoy on its on, or make this a meal for two and serve with some grilled chicken or steak!

  • HEATING & STORAGE

    MICROWAVE

    • MICROWAVE SAFE container. 
    • Remove cardboard sleeve & pierce film.
    • Heat in microwave for 2-3 min on high.
    • Allow to rest for 1 min.
    • Carefully remove film & stir well. Enjoy!

    OVEN

    • Remove contents from container & place into oven-proof dish.  Heat for 10-12 minutes on 180 degrees.

     

    STORAGE:

    • Keep refrigerated, store at 4°C or below.
    • Freeze within use by date.
    • Consume within 1 day of opening.
    • Once heated, do not reheat, refrigerate or freeze product.
    • Once frozen, consume within 1 month.
    • Do not consume if seal is damaged.
